Description of Work: We have used them for several years, they are always prompt, very professional and always do a good job! They recently installed a new unit in our downstairs and re-did all of our duct work.

I called them because it had been a while since they installed the unit and they told us that it would be a couple of years before it needed service or an inspection. I think I paid $80 for the inspection and was here for an hour and half and worked on the air-conditioner and furnace. He said everything was fine which is great. I spent probably spent 12 or 13 hundred dollars for the two units combined and it is something you want to make sure is fine. We are going to continue to use them on a routine basis. They are very prompt, do excellent work and happen to be the company that distributed that line of equipment here. It was a very difficult installation where you have furnaces in the ceiling and they worked extremely hard getting it up there. Once it was there they worked on it and it was really hot, but they did a good job. We also used them to maintain our old heater and air-conditioner before we got the new equipment and we were so pleased with them. They are a gem of a company.
Description of Work: I used Bill Lea Service Co. and they did the installation on our new high efficiency air-conditioner. The last time we use them was couple of weeks ago to service our air-conditioner.

+ -1 moreVery well, considering the difficulty of working in the attic (i.e. had to remove the attic stairs to get the furnace up).
Description of Work: Installation of new high-efficiency American Standard furnace and air conditioner, as well as a heat exchanger.
