They arrived early (after calling to make sure it was OK) on move-out day and had all of our belongings on the truck and on its way to storage in about 6 hours. The three young guys who performed the work were careful, fast, and good-natured. The week-long storage was inexpensive and went without incident. Little Guys arrived again on-time on move-in day, and continued to be professional, courteous, and hard-working. The move-in was done in about 5 hours altogether. The only negative aspect of our experience actually turned out to be a positive: Little Guys accidentally broke a lamp globe during move-out, while I was watching. I was not bothered by the loss of the globe, and counted myself lucky that it was the only thing damaged during a long move. However, Little Guys went beyond the call of service and replaced the entire lamp with one that arguably looks better. Ultimately, Little Guys' price was about $600 above the original estimate -- but this was not their fault. At the time of the estimate, I told them I thought it would be about 85 boxes to move, and it turned out to be more than 200. By the move-out date, we were prepared for the price to be above estimate because we had so underestimated the amount of boxes to be moved. We whole-heartedly recommend Little Guys to anyone who needs to make a Fayetteville-related move

I was delighted to lean that they don't charge by the hour but rather by the piece, so it really showed us how much we could save if we decided to move some of our things ourselves, which we did and saved a few hundred dollars this way! I was also very pleased with the three man crew of Brandon, Justin, and Taylor for the day of our move with Little Guys. They gave me a complete list of the inventory we had left to move with them and the cost, so I didn't spend the entire day stressing out about the hourly clock! They took incredible care with all of our furniture and belongings. Everything was disassembled and reassembled, and they even took the time to figure out a difficult reversal on our dryer door and everything is working great. We have moved several times in the last five years, some doing it ourselves and some of it my company doing it for me. I am extremely pleased with the job this company did and recommend them highly to everyone in town

- Two Men and A TruckThey were very good. They used three men to move my furniture. We started at 8 and finished at 2. We packed everything. I can't think of any reason to not give them an "A". We didn't have anything damaged that I've found yet. Their price was average with everybody else.

"Marvin & Alberto of All Service Moving did a fantastic job - fast, friendly, careful, and thorough. They loaded and shipped boxes and furniture from two locations over an hour apart to our new home. Two flights of stairs at the first, two flights at the 2nd. Brought everything to the final location and individual rooms per instruction. Literally laid out the red carpet, everything padded + shrink wrapped. They even went the extra mile to assemble a bed frame at the end of a long day.

"I had never before planned a big move and was doing my research online. I looked at van lines and various movers at different prices. I didn't feel peace about any of the options I had looked at yet (lots of prayer and research). I finally found Movers Direct through Angi's List and Better Business Bureau. I saw there many good reviews on both of these sites as well as their 20+ years of experience. I tasked them with packing and moving my mom's second floor apartment, including a baby grand piano and moving it across the country for me. They were reliable, trustworthy and professional to work with. Of the quotes I received, they were very moderate and reasonable (the overly cheap quotes I received from other companies concerned me too), beating similar quotes from one or two of their competitors. I cannot more highly recommend this company.

"Modern Piano is a throwback to the days when companies were run by people who cared about their customers’ service and their own reputation. Every single aspect of this move went perfectly and courteously. The quote was reasonable, the dispatcher kept us advised as promised, and it was disassembled and reassembled (a baby grand) professionally by men who really knew their business. "Responsive and dependable. When we called the phone number the voicemail was full, but then we texted and had great communication with Nichole throughout the whole transaction. The driver let us know exactly when he would arrive, both at pick-up and drop off, and he was very capable and professional. It was a smooth, excellent experience and we would use this service again.
