    Eddy built us an incredible covered patio! He drew up plans, made the project "up to code" with the city of Sherwood, showed up on time, worked diligently, and finished a large scale covered patio (with roofing and shingles) in 3 days. We are very pleased with his expertise, communication and pricing. After every day of his work, he would clean up the wood scraps and my backyard never really looked like a construction site. If we ever need anything done in the future, I'm calling Eddy. He has my 100% recommendation for any work you may need done at your property. Well done Eddy

    Mr Whitehead and son did a great job!. They are highly skilled craftsman. The city inspector said that the quality of the workmanship was excellent and was above the required basic requirements. Inspector commented several times on how good a job they had done. The job took 4 days and they were punctional and professional. Cleaned up their work area after the job was completed. They were curtious and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Whitehead construction and they will be the first ones I call if I need other work done

    I am knowledgeable about carpentry/home repairs and of the numerous people I interviewed, with estimates that ranged from $1500 to $5,000 - Warren connected with me on first visit, by his understanding of what I wanted, and his ability to transfer that into what was possible and suggest alternatives. During the construction process he would come to me with choices. I loved that. He would show me how he could either do one of two things, and the effect it would have, and offer to let me decide. He has years of experience,(he had just built..and sold..a house.) His work van is huge, filled with tools, has compressor on board. He is very creative, and a great problem solver. At his shop, Warren formed and welded his own metal supports to tie the carport into the house framing, not just screwing it into the wall. He took care of the details. Warren is smart, well dressed, clean cut, no smoking, no swearing. He did almost all the work alone, using a helper only to lift up the metal roof

    Matt was very prompt in returning my call for an estimate. His was the not the lowest of 5 bids, but I like the photos he e-mailed me for a review of his work. He understood exactly what I wanted and was open to a few additional projects and changes as construction started. I was concerned with the age of his two crew members but they were professional workers, prompt and excellent craftsman. The completed screen porch turned out much better than I ever expected. I was so pleased with the team that I had them help me remodel a bathroom and have plans for more remodeling if Matt can do it

    Very well. I got to Brent Dunlap through my roofer whom I had used many times before for roof and gutter work. He responded quickly though was backed up because the storm had done a lot of damage all over the city. His choice of gutter and finish carpenter sub-contractors was great. The finish carpenter had done other work for neighbors and came through with his high quality work. Brent was on top of things while the work was being done by visiting the job or calling at least once a day. He also followed up to see if all was OK and had the gutter people come back to correct a few small problems. In all cases, cost was fair and competitive

    I've dealt with multiple contractors through home ownership and never had such a great experience before. David and Josh Whitehead provided a fantastic experience from start to finish. From estimates and outlining the body of work to the final completion of the entire project. Replacing all siding, trim and accent, gable vents, gutters, two doors entirely down to the framing, weather stripping, painting all exterior doors including new, trim work on the interior for new doors, new mailbox post and mailbox, new house numbers, removing satellite dishes, sanding and painting chimney caps, breaker boxes, and energy meter. Painted exterior window framing that could not be trim capped. Literally the entirety of the exterior of the house is completely new or renovated at this point. On top of a couple small things on the interior. They not only did everything agreed upon in the work order/signed agreement, but continued to go above and beyond in every aspect of their work. Everything we detailed and outlined, and then some. I truly cannot express how great the experience with them was from start to finish, and I will be using them again for all things I need in the future.
