Have had a couple of complaints about the cleanliness of the condo. Floors not being mopped, stains on the counter top, sheets appeared to not be washed(hair and stains noted), bathroom not cleaned.

The tile floor installation was excellent. It was not an easy job because the floor needed leveling, but these guys really took their time doing the job right, and I appreciated their courteousness and professionalism.

The guy from Hinton Construction said that he was very experienced in putting in bamboo floors and porcelain tiles but it wasn't true. He was not experienced in either. His work was very sloppy and he was never prompt. He actually damaged some of the flooring.
