"The house had not been lived in since 2002; I purchased the house and had only seen pictures on Trulia. My sister had gone to take a look before I bought the house but did an "overview" only. I will move in in August; my sister went to open the door for Brittany; she said she cleaned and cleaned - even the walls that had pollen all over them (which you could not see on the photos). My sister says that I must give Brittany a tip because she went above and beyond. I can't wait to meet her myself. BTW, the shower, not in any picture of the house for sale, was beyond awful - so dirty; as I said no one lived there since 2002 and it needed the most cleaning; Brittany tackled it as a professional - even when my sister sent her a photo. A-1 Service from So. Belle Cleaning. I WILL be using them again!!!"

I was impressed that the owner pursued me after my initial contact with Home Advisors. She called twice and made in house visit to introduce herself and get an idea of what I would need if we proceeded. As we get a routine going and understand expectations, I think all will be good, hopefully excellent! Ask me in 2 months!"
