Again he took me to Lowes i purchased the part I needed I had a new kitchen faucet I needed installed he looked at it and told me no problem Josh was very helpful we came to a fair and reasonable price. "I was told when I signed the contract that it would take five and a half weeks(5/1/2)  I  callied them after 7 weeks and was told that they would be ready in 2 and a half weeks. I called them 4 or 5 times and they did not respond . They finally got in touch with me.  My shutters were finally  completed on 8/22/2015,  three months after  the original date. I must admit that the final product is perfect.  They did an excellent job.  Just wish that they had corresponded better. As far as using them again, I don't know.  I have to really think about it."
