"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Mr. Godsey way very knowledgeable, very friendly and respectful. He repaired and reinstalled the nightshade and sun screen combo on our motorhome. He reinstalled it but it needed to be moved over a couple of inches.. without hesitation he took the shade back down and moved it where I wanted it. "Susan was great from beginning to end. She scheduled my appointment and arrived promptly and ready to work. Her crew was very pleasant and professional. We had a little hick up due to the fact that my husband brought home the wrong paint. They began painting my daughter's bedroom, and was darn near finished when my husband came home and told them that it was the wrong paint. She totally understood, explained to him what he needed to do to get the paint switched out at Lowes. When my husband returned with the paint, Susan and her crew were ready the same day to finish the room. She repaired small holes in the wall prior to painting. She gave us very good advice about what needed repainting, what needed touch ups, and what to leave alone to save money. She was great, and I would definitely recommend her to everyone...A+++ Susan!!! The rooms look great, thank you."
