"Max and his crew did a GREAT job! They finished 1-2 days earlier than projected with the same results. Max's recommendations on the finish were what I needed to protect against my dogs. The feel in my house is cleaner and lighter. I'd recommend them to anyone! I wish I could post Before and After pictures :)"

"In all the businesses that I have been where they have been working, their work has always been very impressive. If I owned a business they would definitely be the ones I hire to clean it."

"It was an exciting project for me.My bathroom was in much need for a little drama and some richness to match the masterbedroom. They explained that the process would look different in the various stages of application and would take several trips while the various layers cured. The crew was always on time and worked very cleanly. My home is older and they did an outstanding job around the millwork and used great care around my antique lighting which I very much appreciated. In the end I have a stunning finish."

"We were very impressed with the work Josh did for us... we had to have a pretty big repair done in our kitchen. Josh was very personable and he was on time each day. I would recommend him to anyone that asked and will definitely be using him again for any more flooring needs I may have."

"Jason and his crew are excellent at what they do. They cleaned up everyday before leaving our home. The work performed is georgious. Jason worked with us by giving us options with the budget we had to work with. Jason is honest and will shoot you straight by giving awesome advise with all the knowledge he has from being in the home construction industry for many years. We want to remodel our bathrooms in the future and Professional Home Repairs & Maintenance will most definitely be doing the job. We feel that the value added to our home was well worth the money we spent. Jason and his crew have installed new roofs for friends of mine and did an excellent job for them as well. I know how scary it is picking a contractor and have been burnt in the past by others. Professional Home Repair is the right crew to take care of the largest investment in your life. God Blessed us by allowing our paths to cross. Thank you Jason Marsden for doing what you said you would do."

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

To clean tile counters and backsplash, you can use a store-bought tile cleaner or a mixture of a one-half cup of dish soap, one-half cup of water, one and two-thirds cup of baking soda, and a couple tablespoons of vinegar. Wipe the surfaces clean, then dry them.

For floors, you can do daily sweeping to remove dirt. Once per month, clean the floors with a solution of one gallon of warm or hot water and one-fourth cup of vinegar.

Yes. While you can clean every room in your home with vinegar and baking soda, you should not use them on marble floors. Vinegar is too acidic, and baking soda is too alkaline; both of them can lead to etching on your marble. A pH-neutral cleaner is your best bet to clean marble floors.

Professionals remove dust, allergens, and stains while preserving fabric integrity and enhancing the appearance of window treatments.

While vinegar can remove some adhesives, it may not work at removing floor tile adhesives. Floor tile adhesives are particularly strong in order to hold up to foot traffic, so vinegar may not be powerful enough to remove them. However, if you use peel-and-stick tiles for your kitchen backsplash or mudroom floor, vinegar may help clean up any adhesive residue from those types of tiles.

To prolong durability, use quality sealants, avoid dropping heavy objects, perform regular maintenance checks for water leaks, and keep the tiles clean.
