I feel like like some of the smaller things they charged me for such as installing lights and vanities may have been a bit overcharged, but overall they did a fantastic job and their pricing is really good!!!

Eugene and his team are excellent at what they do. They are very friendly, punctual, and responsive to all of your questions. Their workmanship is impeccable and they have excellent attention to detail. They also respect your home and go to great lengths to keep things as tidy as possible with construction. They completed a bathroom remodel for us, including a new tub and a tile shower surround, and it turned out amazing. You canâ t go wrong with choosing this company.

They came on time each day the did demo in 3 rooms . They protected areas of the house that they walked on to do there job . The demo the work was all great . They hauled away all the mess . They cleaned after . They break for lunch only . Time was utilized 100% as well as product . They did not waste grout or mortar. I have used them 2x and would recommend them to anyone . They do things the way they should be done and with great attitudes.

Their knowledge of "Grout" is very extensive. They matched the color of the current Grout. Very hard working, stared on time and they were finished by noon.

We had carpeted stairs replaced with hardwood a few weeks ago. We have spent the past 2 weeks since installation trying to repair the mess they left. Caulk (which cannot be stained or painted) was used to fill gaps between wall and risers, wall and treads, and risers and treads. Other gaps on both the stairs and floor were left for us to figure how to make look decent. Several days were spent patching walls and we ended up having to repaint where guys gouged or scraped the walls during installation. Although the stairs are new, they have so many patches they look like they are decades old already. Very disappointed. As far as the rooms with hardwood flooring, we had hoped to have them blend with existing floors but because the workers left such big gaps, we had to have transition pieces installed. Now instead of smooth flowing floors, we have a raised wood piece at the doorways. Maybe they are better at tile installation than hardwood.

"The "gaps" were left between the old hardwood and the new hardwood that RCR installed were for t-mold transitions which had to be installed since there was a color and height difference between the two hardwoods which were pointed out to customer before installation. Now as far as the stairs, the "gouges" on the wall that the customer is stating were already there, they were just hidden by the old, thicker carpeted stairs. It was pointed out to the customer immediately but it turns out the customer must have forgotten. RCR strives to provide the best quality work and we didn't collect any payments until the customer was satisfied."

Eugene and his crew were amazing old world craftsmanship and perfection The 33-year-old master bath was turned into a spa thanks to RCR. Polite and perfectionist non-smokers and gentlemen. Everything was left spic and span; all debris hauled away not dumped on the street like most contractors. You will not find better tile artisans in the Huntsville area. Will definitely use them again.

For a company that claimed to be professional, they were anything but professional. The job I paid them to do was way too costly, and it looks like the first time they ever did laminate flooring, as well as vinyl flooring, I am not at all pleased with their work, would NEVER recommend them for this to ANYONE. I did send a photo of some of the laminate that was bulging, they said I should have used a better quality product, I made the mistake of telling them how much it cost, I got a great deal, it was not cheap material as they claimed, they were just not good at putting it down, also one of the helpers was on his phone ALL DAY LONG the first day, and for two rooms with 365 sq feet of laminate to put down, it took well over 2 days when 2 men or boys they sent, should have done it in one day. The owner offered to come back and fix the laminate, but honestly, I don't want them back in my home ever again, DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY if you want quality work.

"I dont want to discuss this but due to the poor rating I'm compelled to say that the issue was not in RCR's quality. Upon finding out my political stance the customer threatened to fire us and demanded us to finish the job faster and leave asap. RCR takes pride in all their work and I dont leave the job without the customers satisfaction!"

Tile & Grout Cleaning
Eugene and team did an excellent job cleaning and regrouting the old tile in our master bathroom. He thoroughly explained everything involved when he did the estimate. It's so bright and clean in the bathroom now, I told him I'd have to wear sunglasses to take a shower! I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Eugene and his team did an excellent job from the estimate to the cleanup. This was basically a labor only job as I supplied the tile and grout. In the future, I will hire them for any other flooring or tile work I need.
