We moved into the house a few years ago and our back patio gave us issues. It would rise and fall with weather shifts, causing our back door to be unusable at times. We also had a drainage issue down our fence line and an existing flower bed that was falling apart. Jonathan explained what would cause the patio to raise and lower, designed a bigger patio, a French drain for the drainage issue, and a new planter to replace the old. The project took less than a week once they started, and we had rain during that time period that could have slowed them down. We love the new additions to our back yard"
