From design to completion, Jeff and his team were extremely helpful and creative. Once they got started on a part of the project, their work was very efficient and done with the highest degree of perfection. Everything about our extensive project was pleasant, even fun. I highly recommend them for any outdoor hardscaoe project.

Raised patio resulted in structural failure within six weeks; built using inferior materials, incorrect compaction process, and sloppy paver installation. It was a disaster both structurally and aesthetically. Jeff offered to rebuild it but given the magnitude of the problems, I chose to have another contractor rip it out and replace it. While Jeff is a likeable person and did offer to honor his warranty, this was a disaster and I was afraid to continue down this path. I acknowledge his many good reviews here and concede that this may have been the lemon in the batch. But, for me, it was a costly lemon that I would not want to repeat.

Working with Jeff and Outdoor Elegance was a real pleasure. Jeff listened to us and even though he may not have seen our vision (at least initially), he worked with us to create what we wanted at a reasonable price. And, he was professional every step of the way. He showed up when he said he would, from bid to completion of the project, and he was responsive to our requests as the project proceeded. When problems came up, they fixed them. I cannot recommend Jeff more highly on professionalism, communication, and the quality of his crew. I expect we’ll be hiring him in the future to complete other projects, and I’ve already recommended him to friends. That said, I was a little disappointed that there were a couple of things that needed doing when the crew left—picking up leftover pieces of railroad ties and blending different colored gravels together. But, these were minor and would not stop me from hiring Jeff again, without hesitation.

These guys did a fantastic job. They listened to what we wanted and even adjusted when we made a change. They cleaned up after themselves and even pressure washed the driveway to remove dirt that got on it. We ar completely satisfied with this project. Jeff and the guys at Outdoor Elegance did a wonderful job. We would hire them again and will be recommending them to our friends and neighbors.

Exceptional customer service! Jeff was a true pleasure to work with throughout the entire project, which included a 500 Sq foot paver patio and a French drain. He is one of the most courteous humans I have met in a very long time. He was punctual, respectful, thorough, gave great advice, and lead us through the unknowns with competence. Hie and his crew completed the project within a reasonable amount of time and at an incredibly fair price. I highly recommend! We will definitely use this company again for our next hardscape project.

On time high quality work. I had pavers installed by my driveway. They worked quickly and did an awesome job.

Jeff and his crew were great. We had a couple companies come out and give us estimates but they seemed to be "guessing" on how best to install a retaining wall to stop erosion. Jeff knew exactly what we needed. They were effecient and cleaned up quickly. The ONLY knock I would have was they worked so quickly, they already had the all the sod laid before I could make sure the dirt had been racked out evenly. We have a few high and low spots in the yard. Otherwise a perfect job! Definitely would use again and recommend to friends.

Jeff and his crew did a wonderful job and were totally professional and adapted wonderfully to my ever changing demands. the final product turned out better than I hoped. I will definately recommend them to my friends.

All around great service from getting an estimate to the building of the wall. Completed the project 2 days before the estimated completion date.

Mr. Glaze made instant contact; came to assess work to be done within 2 days, quoted reasonable rates and started work within 4 business days, immediately after choosing the materials. Dependable and great work ethic, he did a great job. We love the results!

The guys arrived as scheduled and installed our paver patio in a day. They did a great job, at a very good price.

did a pool deck for me and cleaned pavers , big job but not a very good job deck not and angled properly (numerous puddles form after rain. Has no ideal how to do pool coping and damage and cut pool framing in several places. Did not clean up when project was done. make sure contract states all clean up to include inside pool.

Mine was a small project but the contractor was able to squeeze it in between other big jobs. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. The project turned out great.
