I clicked on the Angie website and found Loreik Signature Window Cleaning was the one that had the best reviews. Business owner came the same day and walked around the house and he noticed that the house had storm windows in some locations, including on the second floor of the house. He emailed me a copy of his quote promptly and we accepted. The business owner came on time and set up his equipment and it was then I noticed that he didn?t have a ladder or any kind of man lift. On the second day he encountered trouble with removing the storm windows, my wife was present and they discussed what to do next. A general-purpose contractor we use happened to be on-site and helped remove the storm windows. It was then that I should have stopped the job since he was not capable of cleaning and replacing the storm windows. He finished the rest of the job and I regretfully paid him in full. Now I have 7 storm windows in my garage that will have to be re-installed, at my expense.

"John?s storms were outside our service scope. His French panes were painted shut, so his contractor removed the storms. I used a ladder where safe, cleaned 1,496 French panes, and soft-washed his large back porch. We gave $1,100+ in discounts, moved furniture, and did extra labor free. No complaint arose until after his contractor was injured?omitting these facts paints a false picture of a job we completed far beyond our agreement"

I would have to say that they went above and beyond what they actually told me they were going to do not only did he move stuff that was in the way and put it back when he was finished, but he worked here too well into the night to make sure the job was to my specifications and my liking. I would definitely recommend him and his wife and their company to anyone who ask. Did a perfect job very happy with it and I hope in the future they have them back.

So I’m putting this review together for Laura and Eric. They came by today to take care of my home. Eric stopped by yesterday asked about power washing my driveway and sidewalk. I’m like absolutely. So we stopped by this afternoon to get started and of course, my driveway sidewalks are totally disgusting. Haven’t been done and on how long, so he went through and sprayed some stuff on the driveway and sidewalk, washed the sides of it, and then between each one of the pads. He began to actually scrub and do the job of cleaning the driveway and sidewalk, which I must say he went above and beyond, but he actually told me he was going to do. All the green slimy stuff is now gone and sidewalks are a lot safer for me and my wife and family to Walk on. He worked well into the dark to try and fulfill his obligation and again I must say he didn’t excellent job I would recommend, To any of my friends or anyone who is reading Statement. He was very professional use the top-notch equipment and the best chemicals money can buy, To make my home and look a lot better. He’s extremely professional at what he does And is very meticulous to make sure that each and every piece of that concrete was taken care of. Just to say thank you to Eric and his wife for an excellent job and I hope to see you guys again real soon. Yes, I would definitely give him 10 stars , For the job, he has done here today
