"Excellent experience from start to finish. They completed work in front of my home, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. You can tell they take pride in their work and are very professional, responsible, and careful. Everything was done very well, left clean, and turned out exactly as I expected. They also offered a very fair and reasonable price for the work. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again. Thank you for the excellent work!"

"Mr. Godsey way very knowledgeable, very friendly and respectful. He repaired and reinstalled the nightshade and sun screen combo on our motorhome. He reinstalled it but it needed to be moved over a couple of inches.. without hesitation he took the shade back down and moved it where I wanted it. All the while he maintained hiis wonderfully personable attitude. Thank you so much for sending him to us!"

Caulking Services questions, answered by experts

To install or move washer and dryer hookups, you will likely need a combination of professionals. A plumber can handle the water supply lines and drain pipes. If you have a gas dryer, a plumber certified for gas lines or an HVAC specialist will be needed to run the gas line. An electrician is required to install the correct electrical outlets. For simpler jobs, a local handyperson may suffice, while a contractor might be needed for tasks like drywall repair for the new vents.

Reviewing your contract for termination terms is best when ending a relationship with a contractor. If there is nothing in the contract or you had a verbal agreement, communicate your decision in writing, citing specific reasons. Afterward, pay for the completed work per your original agreement. Remember you want a record of all correspondence in case you need a lawyer later to settle disputes.

Yes, you can use a dremel tool to cut plexiglass. Follow the instructions under “How to Cut Plexiglass with a Saw,” and use a dremel tool with a 561 bit instead of a saw.

While a handyperson will do the odd small job for your home, a maintenance person is responsible for conducting regular inspections and repairs. Maintenance people may come in to do small fixes and diagnose any issues you might be facing, but may not have all the same technical abilities as a handyperson.

Rates vary by task complexity and time, often providing cost-effective solutions for homeowners.
