"I was at a lost what to do with my cabinets.I had attempted to do the DIY thing and found out that is not for every one. Mr. Guinn called me back , came out quickly which was the 1ST thing I was pleased with. Gave me a fair estimate the 2nd thing I was pleased with. There are three primary ways to attach upper kitchen cabinets to a wall, and installers may use more than one method at a time. The most common method is to drive screws through the back of the cabinets and into studs in the wall behind. Sometimes cabinets are glued to the wall with strong adhesive. Often a combination of screws and adhesive is desirable. The last way is by hanging the cabinets on hardware brackets that attach to the wall before cabinet installation.

Kitchen cabinets can hold a whopping 500 pounds, but that is only possible if you attach them correctly. They must be anchored securely with long screws driven straight into the wall studs for solid support.
