"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

I was quickly contacted by Roof Right to set up and appointment and Randy came by to take a look and give me an estimate. He was courteous and professional, easy to talk to. We thought their price was fair and had a good reputation so we hired them. Scheduling was easy and the crew was there when they were supposed to be. The crew was very nice, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They worked quickly and efficiently. Payment through their portal was very easy too. "We recently purchased a fire box from Overhead Door and Fireplace, but that will be the last time we darken there door. When the fire box and piping was picked up, and reached our home we found holes in several of the pipes. We called and were told to bring them back for replacement. At that time they said we possibly messed them up while trying to install them ourselves, we were going to have them install the fireplace. Our fire place was not even framed up at this time, how could it be installed. The lady manager called us back saying if she had been there, she would not have taken them back. Today we called them back trying to set up an installation date, the lady manager stated again she would not have taken the pipe back if she had been there. He told her it was put in the back of the truck by their employees, it was given to us that way. Needless to say my husband was not happy. We have now found someone else to get our garage door and other gas fireplace from, if they don’t want our business that’s fine with us and would not recommend them. I’m personally amazed at the lack of professionalism from this business and their employees."
