"Like many contractors, this company stays busy. My complaints are underestimating project times, difficulty communicating with the owner, and having to send back material because it wasn't what I ordered. I did get the right material after arguing with Edmon but Chris (project lead) made sure it was corrected. It caused delays. My remodel was estimated to be completed in two weeks by the owner and it actually took six weeks. We enjoyed the crew but had to ensure they were doing the work correctly. Minor mistakes that we corrected but again, causing delays. I would recommend Setom but advise to double the estimated completion time and allow for budget overages because you will have change orders. Overall though I am pleased with the results and the costs were not execessive."
