Not that they are any more costly than other companies but it did seem like quite a hefty price for about 3 hours worth of work at over $1,000+ dollars per hour. Well aware of the type of cost that goes into equipment, materials, etc. but still seems a bit overpriced. All that being said, everyone from Steve that explained everything & set it up to Spencer, Oscar & Phillip that performed the job with great care & expertise to Adam with a follow-up visit on the same afternoon to make sure all was good, the team did exactly what I asked that had to be done bring our concrete aggregate front porch steps back to their original position from having settled about 5-6 inches and unlevel!! Would use them again if I had other issues that needed repair with regards to foundation/structural repair."

"Frontier honored its warranty for stabilizing my driveway concrete after it continued to sink 1 year after they were hired to stabilize. They sent out Jovon to complete the warranty work. Jovon was exceptional in his workmanship and professionalism. He looked at the prior work and walked through his solution for correcting the issue. "So I needed help- apparently A LOT of help with my cool weather fescue lawn. These guys provided me with a lot of information relevant to growing this variety in Alabama. That was awesome and very much appreciated! Thank you! Why I didn't rate all 5s is because if I had been given the option of having my lawn treated on a more frequent basis - recognizing the the cost would have been much more I likely would have done it. But without an expert- and my technician is an expert with fescue - on a more frequent basis I was unable to sustain the efforts alone. I did have a gorgeous fescue lawn all last winter but sadly now you'd be hard pressed to find a blade of fescue in my yard."

He spent time evaluating the drive, went over in detail how and why it would be done and gave me a competitive price. They had to do a lot of prep work on mine as we had to adjust the slope up top to redirect the rainfall off the mtn which made the job last longer. The actual paving was completed in one day. "I was upstairs and I heard a lot of noise and the house started shaking. There were cracks inside the house. I asked what happened and they said the jack slipped. After that they said everything was good, looked level. They were supposed to redo my front steps by tearing the whole thing down and reconstructing it, but they talked me into just letting them fill in the area under the stairs with concrete and they did a sloppy job as fast as he could so they could get paid and be done with the projects. Now water gets under those area he filled and goes into the foundation. The hand railing is also not secured well to the concrete and I requested the redo that. I realized after they were done that the house was not level by the garage door. They hired a person to install a new door and he had real trouble getting the old one taken down and then had trouble with the install as well. The crew did not clean up after themselves at all. My niece and I spent 5 hours cleaning up all the bricks and concrete. One day they left my front door open and my house was filled with concrete dust everywhere. I called them several times to ask them to come out and look at the spot above the garage that was still sagging. They would tell me they were going to come out once they get more work in the area, but never came. A few months ago he said I never complained or called him. He still hasn't been out here to look at the house and I don't think he's planning on it. The last time we talked he said he was going to call before he came out but I haven't heard from him. I was responsible for repairing the drywall crack on the interior, but was assured there wouldn't be many, however, there are huge cracks all over the house."
