"Gary came right away and did an outstanding job. He is a very nice man and has no problem explaining what he is doing and why. No doubt if I ever have to have any septic service done I won't hesitate to call Gary and will recommended him to anyone that I know needing service."

"These men did a great job with repairing my water line. They were very fast and efficient and got the job done. They were also very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend Brasher Plumbing!"

"Very professional fix my shower with no problems would definitely use them again for any future projects"

"I contacted Ben Franklin after another company kept putting me off for a month. It was always "we're booked up now, maybe next week." But Ben Franklin (BF) immediately sent someone to give me a free estimate. The price was close to the other company so I went with BF and they started the project immediately. The original plan was to just clean out the line between my home and the city sewer system. They began Feb. 1, but they discovered major problems where my pipes meet the city's. It involved digging up the street and completely replacing my pipes. BF coordinated with the city, so I didn't have to do it. It was a major job and they worked all day in a cold, constant rain. When they had not completed the job by Friday, Feb. 5, I figured we would be without plumbing the entire weekend, but they surprised us by showing up early Saturday morning and worked all day, once again in a cold rain, and completed the job that night because, according to the crew chief, they wanted us to finally have plumbing that works. Shane kept me constantly updated along the way. Friendly, professional crew. Good work. I hope this review isn't too long but other plumbing companies I've dealt with don't seem real interested in actually working! Ben Franklin, however, is eager to work. I'm happy to enthusiastically recommend Ben Franklin."

"Great service ! I called and within 1 hour Ryan, service technician showed up. Very smart guy, super clean and very professional. Great service and great rates. This is the only plumbing company that we will ever use. Thank you , Coleson Plumbing !"

"When I called with a blocked sewer line, Allstar came out that day. What looked like an easy roto-rooter job turned into a nightmare of having to have my entire line replaced. The line was easily 60 years old, and wound between several large oaks. In spite of bad conditions, such as 110 degree heat index, rain every night, several thrown excavator tracks, Cody was polite and professional throughout. He worked long hours to get me back up, cleaned up the site, and left everything shipshape. 10/10, I would definitely call them back."

"Dustin and his team were very knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating and hard working. The completed all requests and cleaned up all trimmings. I would highly recommend their service."

"It was expensive but I think it was about $200. But you know who your repair, when it's coming, they're in uniform and you don't have any but cracks.

I've actually used them since, I've had them here 99 and I've used that company since then when I've needed plumbing repairs.
I've never been disappointed, they come promptly. There's never an after hour service charge, there's lots of things that have drawn me back plus they do the work correctly and clean up after themselves."

"The job was to replace all the pipes in one end of my trailer. Michael Young, the crew leader, was very helpful, polite and patient in answering my questions. There is a little more work to be finished after part of the floor is repaired, but I expect the same quality of work when they return. Overall I am well satisfied. Also, they were kind enough to take pictures for me when finished as I am disabled and could not get out and look at the work. They did a good job and cleaned up after they were finished. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a certified plumber."
