"Upon inspection, we were shown, via computer, the conditions currently existing and the manner in which AFS would proceed to correct the situation. The decision was made to proceed, a contract signed electronically and a deposit was requested and submitted. The inspector indicated he was having electronic difficulties; was unable to print a copy of the contract, but would submit it as soon as possible. This required several phone calls and a threat to cancel before a copy of the contract was received by email. When the crew arrived the foreman handed us a statement for the full amount of the contract. There was nothing indicated for the deposited amount. That required additional contacts by the foreman to correct the situation. (This was an extremely "shocking" development considering the previous circumstances regarding the paperwork!) The crew did what they could in replacing a pillar under the house but could not bring the floor back to level. They were afraid to use hydraulic jacks unless I would take responsibility for damage. They lifted the foundation approx. 3/4" on the southwest corner of the house bringing it back to level. The work done by the crew was totally acceptable and the foreman did a very good job when explaining exactly what was occurring. As requested by the foreman prior to their departure, , a check was submitted for the balance remaining."

"Showed up on time and spent time examining house and then discussed problem with me. He suggested that I hire a structural engineer to provide a repair plan. He offered to send me a few names of engineers they have worked with in the past., I decided to use another contractor to expedite the process, but Parrot rep was thorough and professional and I would call them again for estimates and /or repairs.

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Service was excellent. Work was done in a timely manner. Took 5 days for this big job and they always cleaned up after themselves everyday. Crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied with their work. My home is now safe and properly supported. They worked with me on financing and budgeting and I will be hiring them again to do the 2nd portion of my foundation repair (replacing an outer band and increasing straightness of floors) once I pay this off or at least down some. But for now I know my house is safe and my floors are sturdy. I will leave another review once I have more work done. Greg McBride was great. Highly recommend this company. "It was OK. It was not as good as I hoped for, but it was nothing major. It just turned out to be a bigger job than I think they were really able to handle. It was an old house and old house throws you curve balls. I don't think they've ever worked on an old house before. So it was a big challenge for them. They got frustrated and I got frustrated. Overall it was a good job; it just wasn't as good as I hoped for. But I realize part of it was not all their fault. I'm not blaming them for all of it. Mainly it was just because it is an old house and problems occurred that we were not anticipated. In the end I ran out of money and we just had to kind of compromise. It's not that I'm not really happy with him, it's the overall situation. It was a bit difficult for me."
