His and Sean’s work turned out great, and they were able to complete a large job (215 ft) quickly even with dealing with massive tree roots. "Marvin worked with us to get the best time to clean and paint the deck to avoid weather and pollen and blossoms falling off a tree. He communicated frequently and effectively. We always knew when he was going to show up. Before he started, we asked for 2 coats of coverage due to the wear and tear on our older deck. This was no problem. He pressure washed, spot sanded, checked nails and coated the deck. He was efficient, quick and skillful. Very friendly and knew what he was doing. He is probably going to also come back later and do a stairway outside for us. Great job."
