him the go ahead and the agreed up front money he told me when he would
start. He started on time and did a very good job. There were a couple
of things that we had not specifically discussed, such as putting some
extra support under one end of the deck, which was needed,  that he did
without me asking and without charging extra.  I am very satisfied with

We always knew when he was going to show up. Before he started, we asked for 2 coats of coverage due to the wear and tear on our older deck. This was no problem. He pressure washed, spot sanded, checked nails and coated the deck. He was efficient, quick and skillful. Very friendly and knew what he was doing. He is probably going to also come back later and do a stairway outside for us. Great job."

He and his crew completed my deck and built a roof on it in about four days, not terrible by itself but throw in that it was raining almost every day and... Let's just say I'm impressed. He got it done when he said he would and for the price quoted.. I would not hesitate to rehire him or refer him to anyone."
