Marvin was wonderful. Not only was the work done efficiently and correctly he was a joy to have in the household. When a problem occurred the next day, he came quickly to my rescue. Then, returned later to permanently fix the problem. Marvin comes highly recommended.

Marvin responded to every communication when I reached out to him. He is honest, and really cares about the quality of his work. He is meticulous and pays attention to detail. His tile skills are stellar and his crew did an awesome job removing wallpaper, repairing damaged sheet rock and painting. I would not hesitate to hire him for my next project!

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch Clean and Seal
Marvin worked with us to get the best time to clean and paint the deck to avoid weather and pollen and blossoms falling off a tree. He communicated frequently and effectively. We always knew when he was going to show up. Before he started, we asked for 2 coats of coverage due to the wear and tear on our older deck. This was no problem. He pressure washed, spot sanded, checked nails and coated the deck. He was efficient, quick and skillful. Very friendly and knew what he was doing. He is probably going to also come back later and do a stairway outside for us. Great job.

Very professional, artist level work. Excellent at communicating about the project and each step along the way. We had some surprises and problems along the way and Marvin was very patient and accommodating even though it delayed his completion time. I have definitely placed M O Holt Construction on my favorites list and plan to utilize his skills a lot in the future.

Marvin replaced and removed flooring and railing of wooden deck that was rotting that is 14 feet from ground. New structure is much more secure. There were some delays because of weather. Very professional and reasonable. Would highly recommend M. O. Holt !

Marvin was seriously awesome. He was on time every time he came by and was as quick as he said he would be. My cabinet doors look great and I've already had Marvin work with me on the next project I'm about to start. Do yourself a favor and use Marvin. You won't regret it.
