"After many years of wanting to expand our driveway, I finally found a good company to do the job at a reasonable price. Reyes Concrete personnel came and did a professional job and even came back to recheck and make sure everything was okay. I really appreciated their perfection. Mr. Chico is the best. Thank you!"

Small jobs welcome

"Most of what we do is full tear-out and replacement. We remove the old cracked, settling, or spalling concrete, rebuild the base the right way, and pour new. We also handle driveway extensions and widening, aprons and curb cuts, stamped and decorative concrete, and concrete repair.\n\nOur crews have poured more than 38,000 residential concrete projects. Every job gets a dedicated project coordinator, up-front pricing with no surprise change orders, and a final walkthrough before we call it finished. Licensed and insured.\n\nNeed a new driveway? "MARCOS concrete did a wonderful job, extending my backyard, concrete patio. I am pleased with the work they have done so far therefore they will be doing other job tasks for me such as laying carpet tile and putting up a gazebo. As well as a outdoor shed upon finishing those task, I will write another review, but as far as me, I would recommend this company"

Concrete Driveways FAQs, answered by experts

Yes, pressure washers can remove rust stains from concrete. However, when coupled with an acid treatment, they can be even more effective. Just be sure to use a minimum of a 15-degree nozzle to prevent damage to the surface, and users must also be careful not to get in the way of the pressure washer’s jet as they can cut through skin and cause injury.

If your concrete stains are green in color, it indicates the presence of mold or algae—which you should address right away. If left unattended, mold will spread to other areas throughout the home. However, be careful not to disturb mold on indoor concrete surfaces and work with a local mold remediation specialist for specialized care. Once free from mold and algae, seal your concrete to eliminate pores and gaps.

You should always power wash your driveway before applying a sealant. At any given time, your driveway could be covered with algae and moss, tire residue, oil and rust stains, and any combination of leaves, twigs, and dirt. If you skip power washing, you’ll be trapping the dirt and grime beneath the sealant and lowering its chance of cementing itself to your driveway. While you can expect the cost to pressure wash your driveway to average between $100 and $350, the few hundred dollars beats an unattractive driveway or paying extra to reapply your driveway sealer.

If you’re using water pressure above 2,000 PSI, you should wear a full face shield—at 4,000 PSI, a water jet can easily slice through skin. Always wear heavy-duty, waterproof gloves and rubber boots with metatarsal guards. If you’re working with hot water, make sure your gloves are insulated.

Oil can permanently stain a concrete driveway if it fully dries or sits for weeks without cleaning. Concrete is porous and absorbs the oil deeper over time. That’s why it’s best to remove an oil stain when it’s wet by applying an absorbent material, sweeping the area, applying dish soap, scrubbing, and then rinsing.
