"I had a booger of a job because of the type of hot water tank that had to be replaced; but the installation went well. Jim did a great job and was very thorough. He also provided a great deal of needed information. After finishing the job, he informed me of a rebate that i would be getting...what a nice surprise! "They answered the phone just before business hours when we discovered our septic tank had begun to overflow. They came out earlier than they promised and completed the job quickly and well. Both men were professional and friendly and graciously honored my Angie's list coupon plus some. Gave me excellent information about the problem and fixed it quickly.
