Malcolm was very professional. He arrived on time (on the 4th of July) and got the job completed in one day. He was very respectful and patient from the time he came out to give me an estimate until the job was complete.

Installer very friendly and was eager to answer any question I had. He had job done in about 4 hours. Now just waiting on extra switch to open and clóse door for second vehicle

He was pleasant when he came but he never came back to finish the job, I had to hire another company to finish fixing the garage door and get the equipment that he never took back.

Malcolm is absolutely the best. His customer service is unparalleled and the job he did was amazing. When he came for the estimate he explained every possible option we had and thoroughly and politely answered all questions that I had. When he came for the installation he showed me all of the components he would be installing and explained how the process would work. He was very thorough in his work and encouraged me to stay and watch everything that he did to ensure that I was satisfied and to answer any questions that I may have. We had 2 other estimates before contacting him and his rate was far better than the others. He saved us money and and was far more upfront and honest than the others. The other said that our rails needed to be replaced, but upon inspection he said they were perfect. So rather than gouge us on the price and replace components that did not need replacing he was honest and forthright. He is truly an outstanding young man who possesses a high level of integrity, is an expert in his field, and puts the customer and their needs first. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of any type of garage door install or repairs. He will not let you down and will ensure you are satisfied as a customer.

He was able to diagnose the issue with my door as well as provide upkeep advice to get the best life from my door and opener. I wish I had another garage I could have Malcolm to repair. Professionalism exemplified, sums up my impression. I appreciated that Malcolm picked up the garage doors I purchased at Home Depot. He worked non-stop for over 6 hours, took time to thoroughly clean up, and then patiently explained the Bluetooth operation of the opener system. Malcolm also hauled away my old doors. I had gotten a couple of estimates. The Alabama Garage Door Guy price was significantly lower, a very good value.
