These are custom doors. They could not be bought off the shelf. Nobody in Mobile AL had the carpentry skills to rebuild the french doors. He also rebuilt our brick mailbox, the front porch columns, the fence, the front door, remodeled the kitchen and bathroom; replaced lighting, installed kitchen appliances, painted the interior and repaired the drywall. When hurricane Sally hit, he and hus team came back down from Birmingham to clear the huge fallen trees from my yard and roof, repair the roof, rebuilt the fence and gate, installed gutters and a french drain. Hopson and team did an outstanding job both times to the point he is now the Go To Man for any project I have. He is always on time, dependable, reliable, trustworthy and loaded with expertise. He is the ONLY one I trust with my projects big or small. I rate “A++”"

"My primary contact was friendly, and usually responsive, though occasionally he was difficult to contact. I had initially expected the job to involve tearing out all windows down to the studs, and replacing the entire unit. Instead, they removed the glass, and installed an actual picture window, but left the existing sill and casing. I chalked this up to a miscommunication. What I was definitely not happy with at first, however, was that the technician initially installed the new windows ON TOP OF THE ROTTING WOOD. To their credit, when I contacted the project manager he had it fixed immediately. Also, the same technician repaired some rot under the eaves of my house, and repainted. He did a great job on the repair, but left drips of paint on the roof of a covered walkway below. I wouldn't rule out using them again, but these hiccups make it far from "Automatic" to call them back."

"Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work.
It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it. 
Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.
