I had a concrete pad that was laid by another business and long story short, it was placed in the wrong spot. So on day one, Jeff had to redesign our original plan. He always continue to find a way to do what I wanted by modifying my wants with the engineering and code requirements. I truly appreciate the effort that went into the deck to make my vision come to life. Plus!!! He also stayed on budget which is so important. His crew is respectful and kind. I always felt safe. They cleaned up at the end of everyday. And on the last day, they even stacked up the short pieces of decking that I wanted to use for projects. Speaking of short boards. Jeff designs the deck so that there is very little waste! Almost all the money you spend in product, goes into the size of the deck! If we need anymore work in the future, we will be calling Martin Services first."
