I researched pool service providers on Angie's List after my last one left the Atlanta area. Based upon reviews, I contacted three of them for estimates. Although the others were excellent, Mike stood out above the rest. I had already research heaters and found one that I wanted. Mike asked if I wanted to buy the heater through the internet upon which he would install upon arrival. I told him that we did not want to do it and wanted him to buy and install it. He offered his wholesale price and ordered it the same day we met. Mike, also, pointed out rubber O-rings on our equipment that were barely holding together. He priced replacing them which he believed would correct the air problem in the lines. The next week, as estimated, he was here installing both the heater and O-rings.
Throughout all of this, Mike was extremely professional, easy to understand, punctual, and honest. He is simply a great guy and knows what he is doing. He took away our old dinosaur heater that had completely rusted out and was filled with mud. Everything was installed cleanly and it looked better than before he came.
Perhaps the most important note about Mike is that while he was installing the new heater, he called me out to point out a problem with the gas line feed. I had not noticed that the line feeding to the heater was so rusted that it was clear that at any moment, the line could have easily broken. A disaster waiting to happen. Because of Mike showing us that problem, we found a similar situation with the line that feeds into our grill and fireplace. It took us another week to have the gas lines corrected. During that time, Mike continued to check up on its progress. Once the gas was restored, the new heater was working like a charm. Mike contacted me to find its status. The air in the lines has been corrected as well.
Solar Flare Pools is now in my phone's service provider contact list!

Their sales people are great with spending time to try and find out what's important to the buyer in a car and find them something that will fit; they are also respectful of a budget - when I bought my most recent vehicle, I had just been laid off from my part-time and quot;extra cashand quot; job and was very concerned about taking on a payment; however, my previous car was 12 years old and ready to be put down...
While I'll occasionally get an oil change elsewhere, even that's pretty rare; generally speaking, I prefer to get my service done at Feldmann because I trust their work. They've always done a great job; the one time there was an error in service (the only impact being a flat tire later in the day after all the air leaked out), they actually admitted that the mistake was theirs (shock and awe!) and apologized profusely before fixing the issue (at no additional charge to me, and without any discussion about that element). They're really great about keeping you updated on the status of the work, what needs to be done (they ask for a signature before they do anything to the car), and how long it's going to take; today when the time came that they'd originally expected to be done, the service rep came to update me and let me know it would be about another half hour. I was fine waiting, but really appreciated that they acknowledged that they'd hit the anticipated end time already.
The staff is always very friendly, and they always offer the free shuttle ride to home or work (or the mall, I suppose). I usually opt to sit in their waiting area rather than go back and forth, and opted for this again today even though I knew I'd be waiting for about four hours. They have a great new building with a waiting area that is both comfortable and practical - they have plenty of seating, sofas and chairs, some tables to work at, enough access to electrical outlets so that I can always find a spot to plug in my laptop, free Wi-Fi, more free bottled water, coffee and cookies than any one person should have access to in a four-hour period, and (my personal favorite) a child area where kids can play and watch TV while their parents keep an eye on them through the floor-to-ceiling windows that are remarkably sound-proof.
As long as I keep buying and owning Nissan vehicles, it will be Feldmann all the way!"},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/mn/minneapolis/feldmann-nissan-reviews-6218131.htm"},"position":6}]}
Mike and his apprentice arrived on time and the job was completed quickly. They removed the old water heater from the basement and left the work areas clean. We were very happy with the quality of work.
They used premier on my heating, my air unit, I kept having leaked and I am certain real placed with them, They probably got it right but it kept leaked in my bedroom and to me when I was told what the problem was, they shouldn't done right out of that and so I don't recommend them to people...

To buy heating oil for your house, contact local heating oil companies to compare prices and place an order once you decide on a supplier. The company will have to deliver your heating oil in a truck designed to carry and dispense heating oil safely. Call and order your heating oil early enough to have your oil delivered before you need to start using it for home heating.
On average, you’ll need about two gallons of oil per day to heat your house when it’s 50 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Most oil tank capacity is about 275 gallons, and heating your house with two gallons of oil per day will last about four and a half months. This consumption will vary depending on the climate and average temperature in your location. For example, if the winters are longer and colder where you live, you’ll probably need to refill your oil tank at least once to get through the winter.
You save money on heating oil in a few ways:
Make sure your home is well insulated and sealed against drafts and heat leakage.
Use a thermostat that’s working properly and calibrated accurately.
Increase energy efficiency by insulating your basement and attic.
Turn down your thermostat a few degrees.
Program your thermostat to lower the heat when you’re not home.
Order heating oil during the off-season when prices are likely to be lower.
Summer months tend to be when heating oil prices are lowest because of decreased demand. Buying heating oil during the off-season also prepares you for when the weather gets cold, and you need to start using the oil to heat your home. Although heating oil prices will fluctuate, it’s best to avoid purchasing between September and April, as that's the peak season for heating oil demand.
Overall, heating your home with an oil furnace tends to be less expensive than heating your home with an electric heating system. Oil heating systems stay warm for longer periods of time without drawing a constant electrical current to maintain a temperature. Plus, heating oil systems typically have a longer lifespan and lower price tag than their electrical counterparts, resulting in short- and long-term savings.
