Cliff was our sales man very prompt and professional. We could have gotten a price that was less expensive but we felt it would have been less quality work too. This company has bent over backwards to make sure that we were well satisfied with the work they performed.
Company owner Mike Littrell came out and gave me an estimate on 5 sinks that needing to have plumbing installed,and a couple of baseboards installed. He gave me an estimate of $225. I had all my material as far as the baseboards were concerned. He stated that he would give me a call next week...

I had not hear from them by the weekend, so I sent a reminder, was told he would have it in the morning. By noon, I still did not have it, and contacted him again, and was told he would have to let this one go, because he was out of office and wouldn't get back until later. I gave multiple opportunities for him to get us a quote, but tired of companies like this making promises and not keeping their word. If he would do this on a quote, what would the work be like? I just needed a quote, and they had 5 days to get me one. Keeping your word to the customer is important."
