Extreme Patio Covers

Oct 2020, had awning installed, I was told it would with stand 100 mile an hour wind, In November 2020 due to improper installation, half the awning was picked up by the wind and shifted it. Someone came out to fix it and was told it wouldnt happen again. In April 2023, it blew completely over my house and into my front yard. William came out he agreed to fix it and warranted, using both new and old metal, since then I have had leaks, in the last 16 months he has sent someone out approximately 20 times, to this day Sept 24, 2024 it still leaks. He continues to promise to come out himself and has only came out once. There has been no offer to make this right and stand by his warranty. I am a 71 year old woman on, on a fixed income that cant even enjoy her back porch.

I like the cover! BUT, leaked like crazy first rain, they came out to repair on THERE schedule (were late when they finally showed up, didn't call, and changed dates) didn't fix problem, scheduled next repair, never called, then after installers numerus personal problem and no show, I decided to fix myself never heard back from William after numerus text. I think I fixed the problem after (many screws lose and not chalk) will wait till next rain. NEVER heard anything back from anyone from extreme patio cover, I guess they just don't give a Damm. friend was going to call a get a quote told him it not worth it, find a better and more professional seller and installer. ITs Just not worth it for the price you pay. need pic's just ask

Professional job from start to finish

I had William install a patio cover and was very happy with the job that they did for me. My wife was so happy with the first one that they did for us that we had them come and do another one over a new patio that we built. He was very professional and done a excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have a cover installed. I am now building a work shop and plan on having him to install a cover on the front of my shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone and they could show pictures of the covers they have done for me. If they were not a excellent company then I would not be planning on them to do a third cover. I have the proof of their quality and workmanship excellent company to work with !!!!!!!!

BEWARE! I started dealing with this company in April 2021. It has been 3 months of excuses and extremely poor workmanship. $5000 dollars later I end up with a patio cover that leaks like a SIEVE. After 5 trips to install and do repairs by the owner Mr. William Copeland we informed him on Tuesday, July 13th that in order to prevent any further damage to our home we were having someone else come out and fix the leaks after his many failed attempts and would send him the bill. Campbell Siding promptly fixed all of the issues for a reasonable price. We sent Mr. Copeland the invoice today July 24th. Mr. Copeland promptly phoned my husband and basically told him that he was not paying it and why would we not let him come out and attempt to fix the issues again. My husband informed him he has been out to fix these issues multiple times and it is only getting worse. The conversation became heated and I stated to Mr. Copeland he had many chances to fix the issues and we would no longer communicate with him. Mr. Copeland called a short while later saying he wanted to come to our house and take the patio cover down. At this point Mr. Copeland was irrational and we do not feel comfortable with him being at our home or doing any more work on the patio cover. In summation, Mr. Copeland will not take accountability for his extremely poor workmanship. He will place blame anywhere but himself. Mr. Copeland has absolutely no consideration for his customer time or inconveniences. In order to have any communication with Mr. Copeland, you must chase him down. His business practice is horrendous! As for the review by Laura Edwards, Mr. Copeland stated many times during his many trips here that she was not a customer of his and he had no record of doing work for her. I believe this to be a lie. Our experiences with this company are very similar and show a pattern. 10 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
