"You won?t meet finer people that those @ One Call Roofing/Remodeling. They were polite, prompt & professional about giving an estimate & reapiring the roof around my chimney. They  even cheerfully cleaned out my gutters.
Because of leaks near my firepace and across the living room, I had called for three estimates. Only Phillip got on the roof and also in the attic to investigate. What he said was needed made the most sense. 
After I had approved the work and paid, I decided to call back about some dissatisfaction i had with the color match. They had said they were often in my neighborhood and could easily return when I needed something else done like the gutters cleaned.
I had a ittle trouble getting a return call using the phone number on the invoice, but I had no trouble reaching Phillip using his cell phone because he had given me his card. He and Cowboy couldn?t have been nicer about changing the shingles to a blacker black. They also volunteered to paint the flashing to match the chimney. They even volunteered to install gutter guards around the rest of the house like one I was testing on an easy-to-reach place. There was no labor charge for this extra work.  I agreed to pay for the gutter guards and give Cowboy, who did the work, a tip. 
I am completely happy with One Call Roofing/Remodeling and hope they can put on a new roof for me when that need arises. I?d give them 10 stars if possible!

"The next day he came out with 2 of his guys, Daniel and Scott. The three of them dug up the pipe all the way down to the street, fixed the problem, filled the hole back in all in a day's time. They said they'll come back out once it dries out (rained hard last night) and tamp down the loose dirt. These guys are quick, efficient, and a delight to have around."
