"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. I've been painting cabinets for almost 2 years now and I started out with a franchise called Nhance. There I cleaned and prepped kitchen boxes and doors and refinished them with paint. When I was with them I was doing complete jobs on my own 3 months in. I realized I could do this on my own and decided to start my own business. Nhance is the top search on google for "cabinet refinishing". I will do the same exact process as them for cheaper. The reason I'm able to do the process cheaper with the same quality is that I am not associated with a franchise and it is only me that is working. Therefore I do not have franchise fees etc. Communication and quality are my top priorities with customers.
