"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. I've been painting cabinets for almost 2 years now and I started out with a franchise called Nhance. There I cleaned and prepped kitchen boxes and doors and refinished them with paint. When I was with them I was doing complete jobs on my own 3 months in. I realized I could do this on my own and decided to start my own business. Nhance is the top search on google for "cabinet refinishing". I will do the same exact process as them for cheaper. The reason I'm able to do the process cheaper with the same quality is that I am not associated with a franchise and it is only me that is working. Therefore I do not have franchise fees etc. Communication and quality are my top priorities with customers. Nobody likes when the professionals you are working with give you vague work times and you never know where they are at. I will give you updates as much as I can to make you feel comfortable.
