"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"3.5 rating is due to the follow-up. I hired Bama Improvements to install vinyl siding and build a new deck. Quick response, provided quote, and started work in a timely manner. My issue is after the project and final payment was made. Someone noticed that the stairs to my deck were shaky and I reached out to the company to address the situation. The response was the stairs are secure. I also wondered if I needed a concrete landing, my old deck had one and with the new deck being larger, the design took the steps in a different direction and ends on the ground. Response from the company was a landing was not needed. Lately I have noticed a board on the rail that has started to lift, contacted the company and response was that they would come out to replace. Mind you the deck and siding were completed on 3.5.2021 and a board is already lifting 3 months later. I recently had a deck builder come out to look at the shakiness of the steps and he agreed that something should be done. The support for the bottom steps should have been in the ground w concrete to provide more stability. And they are going to put a concrete landing to remove 100% of the movement. I think this should have been addressed with the builder I paid but now I will have to pay additional money to correct the issues. Overall, I love my deck and the siding. It is just the lack of follow-through that I am put off with. Small adjustments to properly secure the stairs and provide ease of mind."

"I think there work is good. I will not know for sure for a while I guess. The only problem is it took weeks for them to complete the job. In fairness, it did rain a more than normal amount during those weeks, but there were days of dry weather when I wondered why they don't come and do this small job. I wish them the best and everyone I talked to was professional, but I got frustrated."
