"They had a drill malfunction and the supervisor, Craig Adams, expected me to clean up hundreds of grease spots off my porches and walls. He would not schedule a clean-up team to come back and clean the mess rather the technicians spent a few hours scrubbing the spots. However, they did not come up. The porches look considerably worse. Since that time, they have returned and made an effort to clean up the concrete. The front porch has now been completed, and they are returning tomorrow to work on the back porch."

"Antonio, owner, called me immediately after I purchased an Angie's List coupon for his services.  I was impressed.  He then was in a car accident and I waited approx six weeks before he could come repair my steps.  He said he might have someone else do it since he was still unable to work.  I don't know if he did the job or if he had someone else do it.  Three men showed up but it seemed that only one of them worked. 
The final look was a bit of a "messy" look and not the clean filler between the bricks that I had hoped for, but it works and I'm getting used to it.
The job was complete by the time I got home from work and they had cleaned up their equipment and they area where they worked.
