"I have been using Mr. Buggs for 3 years for pest control and have been very pleased. I was using another company for my yard, trugreen, and they were horrible. They basically killed my $10,000 lawn. I decided since the pest control was spot on, I would give the lawn service a try. I met with the gentleman and had a laundry list of concerns about my lawn. I waited patiently, because of all the rain, and sure enough he showed up in a timely manner and remembered everything I said and had a plan for it. It truly is great customer service with a feeling that you matter and are not just another dollar sign."

"Jason arrived within the planned time frame......I had asked him to please call when he was on the way, but he didn't.....Fortunately, we were pretty much ready for him. Since we had been through this before (different technician), in the exact spot, we knew Jason would have to cut a hole in the wallboard between the studs. He removed three live baby squirrels. The mother had been coming in and out to tend to them, and she was not inside at the time. Because of the height of this location, the squirrels wouldn't have been able to get out. After removing the young squirrels, Jason checked out the point of entry (which we were aware of) and prepared an estimate on full treatment of our home which guarantees the work. However, $2500 (includes 10% Angie's List) is a large expense. We put in a call to our contractor who has done extensive work here, and he had his staff come and repair the point of entry for us. At this time, we feel that is all we need to do since it appears to be the only spot. My reason for "B" in professionalism is that the gentleman in the office whom I spoke with a couple of times seemed impatient and gruff. There was no "Yes, ma'am....No, ma'am".....This could be improved upon. Jason had a rather challenging job, and he did it.

"I thought there's squirrels in my attic. Jim came to the house to give me an estimate. He told me that I have roof rats in the attic . He recommended I call a pest control company since he was not specialized in rats problem. He is very decent and professional. Would highly recommend him for any problem you might have."
"We used That Simple Pest Control to take care of wasps around and in our home. Adam was great when he came for the initial consultation and patiently answered my MANY questions and throughly explained the process. He was very thorough in finding all the wasp nest - both outside and inside our attic and took the time to find the entry points they were using to come inside. When he came back for the initial treatment he made sure to remove every next he could find and treat our perimeter to avoid them coming back. They use a variety of methods to complete the job - nest removal, spray, powder, perimeter treatment, and yard treatment. I was very impressed with the overall quality as well as the cost and we have signed up to use them on a quarterly basis."
Yes, honey bees can sting, but they typically only do it when they feel their hive is threatened. When honey bees are away from their hive, they’re focused on foraging for pollen and nectar, making them unlikely to sting. Only female honey bees, called workers, have stingers, and they will die if they need to use them. Generally, if left undisturbed, honey bees will leave you alone.
It can be difficult to know what type of animal is in your attic until you see it. But several clues can help you narrow down the suspects:
Sounds: Smaller animals like rats and mice make scurrying and tapping/gnawing sounds. Larger animals like raccoons and opossums make louder clambering noises. Also, note when animals are noisy: Squirrels are active during the day, while rats are busiest at night.
Droppings: Rats and mice leave small, rice-shaped droppings (the rat’s version is significantly larger). Bigger droppings belong to larger critters like raccoons. As long as you’re not squeamish, an image search can help you identify what you’re seeing in your attic.
When in doubt, take photos of damage or other evidence and show them to an experienced pest control pro.
You can get rid of raccoons quickly by making your home an undesirable place to live. Here are the best ways to get rid of raccoons fast:
Repair broken vents and screens leading to your home.
Seal open access points into your home. Many raccoons sneak in through the attic, roof, or chimney.
Trim trees and branches so raccoons don’t have easy access to your roof and chimney.
Thoroughly clean out garbage cans, remove all trash, and secure the bins.
Don’t keep food or water outside.
Add raccoon guards to outdoor bird feeders.
Clean up brush around your home—raccoons like to gather loose yard materials for bedding.
There are plenty of scents spiders hate, but there are some scents scientists believe can work in the opposite way and attract them into your home. Some studies suggest that spiders may be attracted to stinky items like smelly socks. One thought is spiders are attracted to smells that attract more insects, such as mosquitos, which they feed on.
Paper wasps, like many other wasps, are attracted to sweet smells that remind them of nectar. That’s why wasps may buzz around you as you snack on watermelon on the patio. They may also like the scent of certain perfumes. Standing water attracts these wasps, too.
Paper wasps are also attracted to warm, sheltered spaces, where they can build nests and raise larva in protected areas away from predators. They may also be attracted to untreated wood on your deck or fence, as they use wood pulp to build nests.
