The people who owned the house before us apparently had a significant issue and they blew insulation in to cover it up so it was not discovered in the home inspection. They are responsive. They come back out and I have a two year guarantee and then after that, I have to annually repurchase the guarantee. The thing they could do differently is to have the squirrels not come back."
