"Bryan's crew came and systematically removed the insulation from the attic in the house on an extremely hot day. They worked tireless and without complaint, although some of the old insulation was wet and very difficult to remove. Carlos and the crew did a good job.

We scheduled the insulation as soon as possible after major roof repairs were completed. They showed up in a timely fashion and did a great job insulating the roof and include a small wall section that had been redone at no additional cost. 

They worked steadily and professionally in the barn area as well. Bryan personally came to inspect the job and noted some areas that weren't up to his standards and had the crew return and touch up certain areas, at no additional charge.

Bryan is exemplary in standing behind his work. Since the insulation the contractors who did the roof repair have given several references on other jobs they're working on.

"Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.

"First time job was done very well and all painters were very professional.  We selected a color from a little sampler which you couldn't tell what color it really was and when the job was finished the room looked pink, which wasn't going to work.  My wife was very unhappy about the way the color turned out so the owner was asked to repaint it and we would pay him and purchase our own paint.  He wasn't very happy but agreed to for a set amount.  The second crew had only one of the original painters with them and they did a much worse job by not covering the floor and so we had to clean up paint drippings, they left wide paint brush strokes next to trim on the walls and one of the workers used the bathroom and left it in a mess.  When we confronted the owner with our findings he became belligerent and said we didn't know what we were talking about and then stormed out the door.  We tried to find out what he was going to do to correct the problem and he would never answer our phone calls.  Later we went to the BBB he said he would talk with us about the problem but by that time we had our fair share of the nonsense so we have never settled the issue and to this date we refuse to deal with the owner again."

"David showed up on scheduled time to provide detailed estimate (in writing) including materials. He was able to work within a few days of project turn on. David arrived on scheduled time and went over the contract to make sure the work estimated was what was being planned. He prepared the room for popcorn removal by placing plastic on all the floors and walls. He cleaned up after himself each day. He worked by himself. He was friendly and courteous. He was nice to my barking dogs. He communicated effectively when he was running late (e.g. when he had a flat tire). He used quality paint and materials. He is skilled at his job (over 35 years in the business). He is a veteran. He is conscientious and pays attention to detail. He provided me with ideas on the rest of my project (installing faux beams). He did a terrific job on my house. He made sure I was happy with the job overall. He provided me the leftover paint."
