"I was very pleased with how both the estimate and the waterproofing was done. The estimate went over and beyond what others had done to find where the water was coming from. Mark came out and showed me first-hand where the water came from by making it leak while we were watching. No one else did that. They came right on time to fix it and showed me what they found and how they would fix it. The job was done quickly, but thoroughly. Everything was put back into place.
