"It went pretty smoothly. One of the best contractors I have had from Choice Home Warranty. Century Restoration Maintenance, LLC and owner PeAyre Gardner were awesome. I have had CHW several years and I wanted to cancel because every thing we called about they denied the claim. My husband decided to keep them. I was pleasantly surprised that they fixed both the leak and drywall in the ceiling from the leak. I did have to provide extra pics from the leak before it was approved as initially the claim was denied."

"On the exterior work the brick is a match with the existing parts of the house that were previously already brick which was a concern. Windows are a big improvement over what we had. For the price - very good.
For the partial kitchen remodel we needed a wall moved and a new electrical line added. Excellent work and quick.

"Mr. Beach and his crew gave us a great estimate on the work and started within a few hours repairing the drywall while we went and picked up the paint and materials needed for the door and window replacement. They removed the front door and frame and installed new steel door and trimmed it out. They then removed the old bathroom window and replaced with the new window. They then painted the interior and exterior of our home including the baseboards and windows. We had four electrical outlets that did not work which Mr. Beach gladly replaced for us to get them working. As an added bonus, they also caulked all of the windows, doors and baseboards to make the project look perfect.
They cleaned up after themselves and removed and even hauled away the old window and door.
With Mr. Beach's great prices and his quality of the work done, he will definitely be the one we call for all of our future work. As they truly do everything.
