We provide you timely information because our reports are produced on site. In addition, an e-mail summary with photos documentation will be sent to you and other concerned parties that you permit. We have been proudly serving Southeast for over 18 years. Alabama is a buyer beware State, it's the law. Buyer awareness is the solution. We provide services throughout the Southeast Alabama including, the Dale County,Coffee County, Henry County, Barbour County, Pike County, Houston County, and Geneva County. We also provide FHA and VA Certified Structural Engineer Reports. In addition, we provide guidance as the VA and FHA compliance certified inspector for the region. American Home Inspection is the only State registered Company in Southeast Alabama to inspect EIFS/Stucco systems. We adhere to the Alabama Home Inspector's Registration Act in all of our policies and procedures.
