Charlie's Home ServicesRick handled everything in a efficient and professional way. He looked at the job and quickly supplied me with estimatesome on several different things I requested free of charge. He did part of the work, at my request, and then returned two or three weeks later to do other items on my estimate. He worked around my new tenants schedule which was quite inflexible, I must mention, definitely making unnecessary trips so they could be present. I was very happy with the entire experience.- Deborah G.

Klein and Son Construction and ExcavatingThey come when they say & stay on the job until it's finished. The estimate is always accurate. If you have any questions or need guidance they are very helpful. They have done a lot of work on my house and the workmanship is great.I have absolutely no negative comments to make, only praise. I am very impressed with them and their work. To say the least, I highly recommend them. In fact, I refer to them as "my contractor".- Sally H.

A Cut Above CarpentryThis is the second job we have hired A Cut Above to perform due to the fact that the first (a bathroom repair/remodel on another rental property) job was done so well and in just a few days for a very reasonable cost. Paul and his crew were great to work with. Very responsive, courteous and friendly. Paul continuously kept us updated on the progress of the job. Although the job took several months from start to finish, (due to no fault of the Cut Above Crew) the job was done efficiently and in a timely matter. In fact we have a few other small jobs that Paul's crew will be working on at our personal residence in the next couple of weeks. We even have another remodel job we plan on contracting them to do after the first of the year. Again, I would like to reiterate that Paul and his crew are great to work with :)- Daniel S.

WP Home RepairsThey cleaned up-no trash or mess anywhere- even offered to wash my car because some sawdust got on it. They are Awesome ! The crew came when they said, left when they said. They were polite, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Some guys talk down to women about house repairs-they were not like that.- Astrid B.

Odd Jobs Plus!I had a screened porch constructed in July...but that contractor did not do electrical work. Adam and Colin (Odd Jobs Plus) had painted 2 bedrooms and a bath for me in May and did an excellent job. I called them to ask if they could install 2 ceiling fans on my new screened porch. I was so pleased with their painting job in May that I asked them to also schedule a convenient time to paint the rest of my home inside. I had a very busy summer and they worked around my schedule of having company and vacation. Their price was very reasonable... their quality of work is outstanding. Their attention to detail always amazes me. They clean up after themselves. They do all types of repairs and renovations...except roofing and screened porches. They are honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to have in my home. I now have a company I can trust to help me with any repairs or renovations I may need in my home in the future. I will highly recommend them to anyone who wants any job done right at an reasonable, honest price.- Mary W.

HandyMan LLCWe communicated by email to begin with, he let me make the appointment that best suited my schedule. Charles told me in the email he would like to go room by room to see what needed done. Worked out great. He explained his work schedule in detail and he stuck by that. Charles was never late. We wanted to do some of the work ourselves to save some money, such as the final painting, he had no problem with this and even gave us tips to make it go smoother. We ran into a problem with the floors that we were doing ourselves, staining the concrete ( I would never suggest you tackle this project) let someone else do it. Anyway, Charles worked with us as he had another job he could go to that would take a couple of weeks. It worked out great for both of us because we needed more time. During the entire time Charles worked with us, he was a professional. We have two rambunctious young children, he made sure to tell us where there could be dangers around the work area. We kept the children away, but he was very conscientious of others around him when he was working. We gave Charles a key to come and go as he needed, He always let us know what time he would be there, sometimes we would be on the way out, Charles never abused the privilege. Charles kept us apprised as to what he did each day and what his plans would be for the next days ahead. It really helped because we could try to have whichever room ready before he came. We are thoroughly pleased with the end results, we are still painting (because we needed to save a little) as soon as we are through painted there will be pictures posted of the after. The house looks updated and totally remodeled. We are so pleased with the results. This man knows what he is doing, I will recommend him and have to many of my friends and co-workers.- Sunny H.

A Cut Above CarpentryWas very detailed in the process. Communicated clearly each step of the way sending me pictures because I wasn't able to be there because of work. Knocked down two walls to open up my kitchen and dining room to the living space. Installed new drywall, painted and made a bar between the kitchen and dining area. Installed new flooring through the dining and living area. Looks like a brand new house. The crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves was in and out quickly. Will definitely use this company again!!!!!- Linda E.

A Cut Above CarpentryI hope I actually included everything Paul did, but I might have left out something. Paul and his workers did an OUTSTANDING job with the work on a 1950s house that has enough settling that they had to compensate for it in the bathroom. We are looking forward to working with A Cut Above Carpentry again on several other large home improvement projects.- Stephanie E.

I paid him in full on 08-17-2019, and he has yet to complete the repairs. Despite numerous contacts he claims he is too busy to complete the job. He has left an 83 year old house occupant with a leaking roof and unfinished dry wall and the cold weather has arrived. I only selected him from a recommendation from Angie’s list.

When a natural disaster strikes your home, trust Triad Restoration Inc. We make it our goal to see that your residence is brought back to life after a fire, wind or water damage claim.
Recent Review:
My home had been vandalized and Triad was contracted through my insurance agency to make the $32,000.00 in repairs. We live out of state, so we had to trust they would do the work properly. The work they did was fantastic, so I’m told by my shady property manager. However, while the Triad crew was working on my home, a neighborhood child threw a ball and broke the highest window in my in the house. The Triad crew let him go and did not tell me about the window. I didn’t find out about it until my HOA demanded it be fixed and my property manager asked Triad if they knew how it had been broken. I still can’t wrap my head around grown adults who are supposed to be professionals, watching my window being broken and not notifying me at the least but not even getting the name of the boy or his address. It makes me even wonder if there was a boy and if the crew members broke it themselves. For this lack of professionalism, they wouldn’t even get 1 Star if it was an option.

They completed approx 50% of the roof and would not come
back to finish the job. Took part of the old roof off and didn't
cover with a tarp. It rained. Took them 4 days to come back
and they left again with putting a tarp on the part of the old roof
they had removed. They refused to come back to finish the roof.
I hired them in July and by Sept. the roof
still was not finished.
You can't run fast enough away from this company.
They left the job and would not come back to finish the roof. I had to hire another roofing
company to finish the roof. The new company said they had never seen a roofing job like what
Kirkland did. The new roofing had to tear off part of the roof Kirkland had finished because
it was done wrong and they corrected what they could.
Stay away from Krikland All In One. Bad news
