He was prompt to come out and gave a very detailed estimate, breaking down materials and service. There was no doubt what was included in the quote. There were other firms that quoted the project at a lower price that did not get the job because their quote was too ambiguous. When it came to the installation, they were prompt, detailed and clean. Within three days they were complete. At the end of each workday the cleaned up and left the site presentable. We received great value and great service. We are delighted with HDR Landscaping’s work and highly recommend them"

They did replace some wood that was termite damaged but my floor is still not level and is now worse than when they first came in 2024. They didn't really talk to me about the condition of my crawl space other than what they had fixed. We paid over $10,000 and they refuse to give me an itemized invoice that listed their expenses. I'll have to hire someone else to come back and do the work I originally hired them for. I would not recommend them to anyone. It took forever and there were always different people coming to my house."

Mark came out and showed me first-hand where the water came from by making it leak while we were watching. No one else did that. They came right on time to fix it and showed me what they found and how they would fix it. The job was done quickly, but thoroughly. Everything was put back into place. Of course, we have to have some more heavy rains to test their work, but I have every confidence that what they did will work. They were pleasant to work with and they kept me appropriately informed.
