"It went perfectly. Len, the locksmith, explained what he was going to and why prior to doing the work (including any additional costs, and why). He was very quick and extremely courteous. The additional costs were less then I thought, and combined with what I paid through the deal on Angie's List, I was extremely pleased with all aspects of their service!!
