The locksmith sent was Jimmy and he was punctual, skilled, quick, personable, and professional. I was very impressed and thought the price was fair or better than fair (did a little shopping, but not much). I tried each key and each tumbler, and there was no sticking, all keys worked smoothly. Since I was asking someone to rekey my house, I wanted a feeling of trust that they would not be making an extra key for themselves for some later foul play; thus, I went to Angies' list with lots of A reviews over a several year period. I definitely recommend Blair & Sons and if Jimmy is available, ask for him.

Technician called before coming, was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly without rushing. He had the part to repair the lock so I didn't have to entirely replace it, which I appreciate.
