The work went well. Excellent quality.

The technician came out and lock did not malfunction on his first visit. Paid service call and he told us if we had problems within a week we would not have to pay another service call. In a couple days it locked up again and would not open. He ended up coming back and replacing the bolt lock and were not charged another service call.

The locksmith arrived promptly, and was able to repair the lock in minutes by replacing the lock plate (longer screws) and drilling into the door post a little further. The locksmith was professional in his presentation and job performance, and provided an acceptable explanation for the lock failing (house settling). My only dissatisfaction is with the pricing. The truck roll cost $80, which I was fine with. The labor and supplies was an additional $40, for a total of $120. For a plate, 2 screws, and a few minutes of drilling, I didn't feel the extra $40 was fair. The total visit was less than 10 minutes, which would total about $240/hour for labor alone, which is unreasonable. Outside of the pricing, this was a great experience.

Tommy arrived right when he said he would and went right to work.  It is the first time we've used this company and we were so pleased.  We feel like we got the A Team in Tommy.  He really knew what he was doing and completed the entire job in no time.  He was quick, friendly and really knew what he was doing.  If we ever have need of a locksmith again this will be the first company we call.  Very fast and efficient.  The price was reasonable too!  Keep up the good work!

It was good. They came out and did what I asked them to do. They were quick about it and they gave me some tips so that I wouldn't have to call them again. They were very helpful. They were prompt and came when they said they would.

The service was excellent from beginning to end. When I called to make the reservation, the representative was honest and informed me of a cheaper way to accomplish my goal. The gentlemen called before coming and was prompt. He was outstanding. He completed everything in a professional manner, was very kind, and didn't take a long time.

We have a back door that we didn't use for years and, in fact, had lost the keys to. I found Brook's Lock and Key on Angie's list and called them based on the high ratings. They came out the day I called and in about an hour they re-keyed both the deadbolt and the door knob lock. Very professional and easy to work with! I was impressed!

They called in the morning to confirm was here on time.  Very professional did the work and was done quickly and everything worked perfectly.

Called on Monday to have three doors re-keyed after purchasing a townhome.  It was recommended that we rekey because you never  know if neighbors or previous tenants still have keys.  BLK could not come Monday and they said they would be there Tuesday and call before coming out.  Technician called Tuesday at 12:00 and said he would be there in 20 minutes.  I had left the house open with the key for the locks and the new key I wanted it re-keyed to on the table inside the door.  I was also about 20 minutes away and let him know that if he got there before me to go ahead and let himself in and begin the job.  It took me about 30 minutes to get there and when I arrived he was already done with the three re-keyed locks and had the old knob style deadbolts out and ready for the keyed deadbolts.  I then had him install the two deadbolts.  He was super quick, professional and pleasant to deal with.  Price was reasonable if you think about what you could lose if someone with a key lets themself in and steals all your junk.  I would def use them again.

I discovered Brooks Lock & Key through Angie?s List. The person that received my initial call was very courteous and I was able to schedule an appointment within one day of my call. The service technician that came to my home was a little late to arrive but he called in advance to let me know that he was running behind on another service call. He quickly re-keyed three different locks to work with same key and provided spare keys. He walked me through what he was doing and demonstrated that the re-keying was complete and correct.

When I called, they came out within a couple of hours. The lock they needed to key required a replacement part which they ordered and installed within 2 days. They were very professional and prompt. We will be using them again.
