"Would give 5 stars on work performed. 0 stars on professionalism and communication. While work was being performed, I was given a price to extend the driveway another 45 ft. We agreed and was told they would be back the next morning but never showed up. After being ignored for 2 days I finally was able to contact the owner. He said the agreed upon price was too low and they could not do the job for that price. It would have been nice to have known sooner. Professionals would have contacted me to admit they misquoted so I could make an informed decision about continuing the job instead of hiding. When we do go ahead with the rest of this project it will be with someone other than BR Concrete."

I canceled the contract within the 72-hour period as allowed under the Federal cooling-off rule, yet more than 10 days later they have failed to refund my $5,500 deposit. I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

I will be honest the quality and service I got done looked like a bunch of fifth graders came in and did the work. The existing trim that was on the doors they painted green the same color of the walls. You don?t paint trim when you?re not told to. The trim above the closet door was placed too high. Now there?s a gap in the wall that I paid to have covered up."
