Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"

"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!! I hired Justin to remove rocks and monkey grass from around my pool area, install a weed barrier and erosion control as well as install sod in my backyard. I hired him to do the pool area first. Before he was finished with that, we talked about the sod. My backyard is shady and I specifically told him not to get Bermuda sod as it does not do well in the shade. The day after we talked about the sod, he showed up (I was at work) and installed the sod before completing the pool area work. I was not ready to have the sod installed as I had not yet purchased the sprinklers and gotten things ready for the daily maintenance it would take. I found out he did not remove all of the rocks he land sod on top of the rocks. Not only that but there were gaps where I could see there was no erosion control laid down. When I asked him about this, he said the sod was the erosion control. My backyard has a sloped area that erodes sand during heavy rain. I told him that area would need erosion control under the sod. He agreed to do this. I also found out that he did use Bermuda sod. The sod is now almost all brown despite daily watering. Sand has poured down on top of the sod at the bottom of the slope. The area around the pool where the weed barrier was placed under the mulch started growing weeds. I asked him about this and he said there must be holes. It has since had the monkey grass grow straight through it as well. It looks awful and I am now having to pay someone else to fix it. The project cost almost $5000 and was a huge waste of money."
