He didn't get the job initially, but when his competitor ghosted me I called him back to see if he was available to power wash my patio. He contacted me promptly and accepted the job for the next day. He couldn't give me an exact time since he was working me in and the weather forecast was uncertain, but he kept in touch and gave me half an hour's notice of his arrival time as I requested. He did an outstanding job! He has an annual customer now.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!! I hired Justin to remove rocks and monkey grass from around my pool area, install a weed barrier and erosion control as well as install sod in my backyard. I hired him to do the pool area first. Before he was finished with that, we talked about the sod. My backyard is shady and I specifically told him not to get Bermuda sod as it does not do well in the shade. The day after we talked about the sod, he showed up (I was at work) and installed the sod before completing the pool area work. I was not ready to have the sod installed as I had not yet purchased the sprinklers and gotten things ready for the daily maintenance it would take. I found out he did not remove all of the rocks he land sod on top of the rocks. Not only that but there were gaps where I could see there was no erosion control laid down. When I asked him about this, he said the sod was the erosion control. My backyard has a sloped area that erodes sand during heavy rain. I told him that area would need erosion control under the sod. He agreed to do this. I also found out that he did use Bermuda sod. The sod is now almost all brown despite daily watering. Sand has poured down on top of the sod at the bottom of the slope. The area around the pool where the weed barrier was placed under the mulch started growing weeds. I asked him about this and he said there must be holes. It has since had the monkey grass grow straight through it as well. It looks awful and I am now having to pay someone else to fix it. The project cost almost $5000 and was a huge waste of money.

Quite satisfied w/the Pressure Washing Job the garage didn’t come clean as I had hoped but overall I’m satisfied. The young man was on time n had no problem w/going over a area again I was thankful he have great attitude thankful he came out n such a agreeable person. Only reason not 5star bc I wish garage floor came out better Still great job thanku

He came in on time and provided a Professional Estimate.

Justin was hired to replace a step. Due to the post being in the way, he cut out the step and replaced it with another piece. The new and remaining old step didn't match up correctly, and he damaged what was left of the remaining step. Initially, he agreed to come back and fix it, but after multiple requests, he never came back. Not recommended.

They did exactly what they said they would do.

Once he got here, I think the price he quoted me was too low but he stuck to our agreement. I offered but he refused. This is my first experience with deck cleaners, etc. but I am well pleased. Will use him again.
