I AM roofing is the goat! Our experience started with Kyle coming out to do our estimate. He made everything so easy and took the time to explain things. He even offered to come back out when the insurance adjuster came out. Throughout the whole process he was amazing and super responsive. He answered every question I had. Kyle’s great customer service skills were what won us over. When it was time to replace the roof Austin did an awesome job overseeing the project. He also took the time to explain things and answered every question my husband had. Pablo and his crew were fantastic. They were very respectful of our home and property. They did an excellent job getting our roof replaced in one day and were very thorough in the clean up. If it weren’t for the new roof, you wouldn’t even know they’d been there. The end results are amazing and I could not have picked a better company for the job. I cannot recommend I AM roofing enough!

These guys did a great job on a pretty extensive roofing job at my house. They showed up on time for every appointment, gave extensive detail about the work required and the way they would go about doing that work, and had great follow up when I had concerns. They also provided excellent images of the work as it was ongoing, as well as a thorough report after the job was done. The only minor mark I have to note is that it seemed as if there was a disconnect between the sales staff and the office, because I would receive duplicate calls on something I had already discussed, but that's essentially overcommunication, so, obviously not a huge problem at all. Highly recommend Dalton, Austin, and the whole crew, and will be using them for all roofing needs in the future.
