"He was very thorough in his estimate and material list. He arrived on time and completed the job when he said he would. My house is very old (1918) and there was an issue with the floor being unlevel. He made sure to add extra bracing and supports to keep the floor from sagging in the future. He cleaned up after the job was finished and hauled of the removed subfloor to the street for pickup. He is a very polite and professional repairman. I will definitely use him in the future."

"First he called me back within the timeframe provided to me by the receptionist and was willing to come and inspect the areas on a Saturday morning.  Once he arrived, he listened to our concerns and inspected several different areas, the porch and garage.  Afterwards, he went over the options with us and stated that his first choice would be for us to watch over the next several months.  He showed us how to inspect the cracks ourselves and stated that we could call if we had any questions or ready for the work to be done.
