"Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area. Our house is a crawl space home. We wanted to make sure that there weren't any foundation issues that were the source of the problems before doing a repair on those areas. The evaluator was fair and honest and said that there were not any issues with the foundation that needed repair. In fact he said our foundation was better than most.

"David was great. He assisted in working with the insurance company so that we got a fair settlement on the claim. We had several rain delays but when the weather looked like we were going to have a few days of sun, his crew showed up early and started right to work. They worked very hard the first day removing everything down to the rafters and then getting the OSB laid and the waterproofing on quick in case of rain. On day two the framers came and did a fantastic job getting rid of the flat roof.
The roofers worked ceaselessly trying to get the roof on before the rain that wasn't supposed to happen came. When it started raining they quickly tarped the roof so that the contents of the house were protected. They did a fantastic job on the roof, fascia, painting. I was very impresses on the rebuild of a overhang, and the cut in of the flashing around my chimneys. They are a very professional company that really care about the quality of the work that they do.
Cobalt and David are my contractor and I have already hired him to help with other jobs on my home. I have recommended him to my friends and give him a double thumbs up.

"I originally hired Sam and his crew to complete a remodel on my master bath. I received bids from several contractors. Not only was Sam well under in price, but his overall demeanor and customer service made me feel instantly at ease. Throughout the project, Sam and his crew were professional, courteous, and overall a pleasure to work with. The bathroom turned out so amazing that I hired them a few months later to build a screened in porch off the back of the house. Once again, the quality and value were top notch!. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pro Building Solutions to my friends and family, and will continue to call them for projects in the future, big or small. "Our heat went out due to the weather and he came o it and fixed our heat fast. His service was wonderful so we ended up hiring him for cabinet remodels and they turned out amazing!! Will definitely recommend to friends and family."
